For Xtreme Play, you must make an account or login if you already have one. You will sign their general waiver that way.

If your camper needs medication during the camp day (this includes OTC medications, epi-pens, inhalers, etc.), please make sure all necessary forms are filled out for the FIRST DAY of camp, July 1st.
