Happy Spring! We hope you are all staying safe and healthy.  April 10th is drawing near, and soon we will be bringing back our Day Camp Registration for Little Explorers and Main Event camps. Traditionally, registration occurred on one day and in person, but in 2020 we opted for an easier process for all potential registrants, an online registration or in person.  This year, registration for all Town and School District residents will again take place online and in person starting on Monday, April 10th at 9:00am.  Please review the office hours below, if you would like to register your child in person for the Lewisboro Day Camps at the Parks & Recreation Office.

 

Tuesday, April 11th – 9:00am-8:00pm

Thursday, April 13th – 9:00am-8:00pm

Saturday, April 15th – 9:00am-12:00pm

 

Attached to this e-mail is the necessary paperwork (also located on our website under the Camp tab) which is needed to secure your child’s registration along with a copy of your child’s immunizations.  If you are registering online, please either scan these documents and email them to parks@lewisborogov.com, fax them to (914)232-6165, or drop off/mail them to our office.  The address of our office is 99 Elmwood Road, South Salem, NY 10590.  If you are registering in person, please have copies with you when you arrive.  The office staff will contact you if your file is missing any documents, and you will be given a submission deadline of Friday, May 12th. Please note: Failure to submit documents will result in the cancellation of your registration. 

 

Like the 2022 camp season, we will continue to follow CDC guidelines for COVID in regard to quarantining and masking if there has been an exposure.

 

The upcoming camp season will run from Monday, June 26th to Friday, August 4th.

 

Prices for the 2023 Camp Season will be:

 

Main Event:

$900.00 – Residents/School District Residents

$1,250.00 – Non-Residents (can register after 4/29)

**fees go up by $100 after April 29th and registration will be based on availability at that time**

 

Little Explorers:

$850.00 – Residents/School District Residents

$1,200.00 – Non-Residents (can register after 4/29)

**fees go up by $100 after April 29th and registration will be based on availability at that time**

 

**Please remember there is a 3% service fee for using a credit card online or in person**

 

 

Transportation is provided at no extra cost from specific locations within Lewisboro/Katonah (see registration form for locations).  We highly encourage, but do not require, you to register for bus transportation. If you need transportation, you MUST register for it.

 

Please bring to registration:

1) Payment (we accept credit cards, cash or checks payable to Town of Lewisboro)

2) Attached forms (registration form, permission slip, media permission form, and behavioral policy - print & sign by both parent and child)

3) official copy of immunization record from your child’s physician. 

4) A copy of your child’s birth certificate (Lil’ Tykes ONLY)

 

Again, all registrations will only be fully processed when all forms are completed, and the correct payment is received – NO EXCEPTIONS! 

 

Refunds:  Full refunds will be granted to all participants if we must cancel the camp due to the COVID pandemic.  For refund/credit requests asked for by the registered participant’s family of Little Explorers or Main Event, it will only be approved if there is a wait list and your child can be replaced.
