Essentrics is designed to work and rebalance the full body, engage all the joints and muscles. It is a low impact activity and non-aerobic. It will rapidly change and tone your body through a dynamic combination of stretching and strengthening. It will improve your posture, increase your range of motion, improve your balance, aid in pain relief and promote healing.

Tricia Keane has been teaching Yoga for eighteen years and recently earned her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She combines her Yoga experience and knowledge of anatomy to provide a relaxing class that provides students with greater flexibility, strength, and awareness of their own postural and movement patterns. This gentle class is unique in that it is based on Hatha Yoga, but also incorporates therapeutic exercise to make the asana accessible and more effective. All levels are welcome. You should discuss any medical conditions with your doctor to insure that it is appropriate for you to practice Yoga. You must be able to easily transition unassisted from the floor to a standing position in order to participate.
RELAXING EVENING YOGA – Jo Ann Hickey, Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher
This evening flow will help you unwind from your day while also invigorating your muscles and nerrvous system. We will breathe, stretch, move with strength and grace while cultivating body awareness and practicing mindfulness in motion. Open to all levels. Yogis must bring their own mats.

A program for women of any age to find their strength for daily living. Focused on a mix of Endurance training and (HIIT) high intensity interval training to maximize a woman’s time or lack thereof. The classes include functional exercises in the form of cardio, strength and core to give you strength for your daily activities. Also included: online coaching and personal support to round out your fitness and nutrition planning in support of lifelong lifestyle choices.
