2022 LADY HOWLERS SPRING BASKETBALL FOR 6th Graders

 

John Jay Travel Youth Basketball Program known as the John Jay Howlers, is a competitive basketball program sponsored by Lewisboro Parks & Recreation Department. We are excited to bring our high school coaches back into the mix again this spring and they are committed to teaching all aspects of the game, focusing on the style of play that is used at the John Jay High School level.

We received a good amount of interest from girls in the 6th grade to possibly offer a 6th grade girl's team so we would like to see if we have enough interest to hold a try out and possible start a team for a 6th grade GIRLS team only. (We are not doing other grades at the moment but hoping to expand in the future).

PROPOSED SEASON  DETAILS

WHEN: 3/21 through 5/26

PRACTICE: 1 Practice per week

GAMES: Super League games will be played in the evenings  at Hardscrabble Club in Brewster. 8 regular season games plus playoffs

PRICE:  $300 per player
